1. General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of personalized coaching and training services, Else Strength does not offer refunds once a program, session, or package has begun.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Medical Emergency: Verified documentation required.

Trainer Cancellation: If Else Strength cancels a session or program and no reschedule is offered.

Duplicate Charges: If a billing error occurs, we will promptly correct it.

3. Missed Sessions
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
4. Digital Products & Apparel
All digital content (eBooks, programs) and apparel sales are final unless the product is defective or inaccessible. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Policy Updates
Else Strength reserves the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
